Property Preservation Services
Oakmere Property Preservation supports assignment-based field services for vacant, default, and REO properties. Services are performed only within an accepted scope and applicable authorization. Photos and reporting can be tailored to the assignment requirements.
Property inspections & verification
Exterior visual observations, property condition documentation, occupancy and vacancy verification, assignment photographs, and field reports help clients understand observed conditions. These are field observations, not licensed home inspections, engineering evaluations, code inspections, appraisals, or environmental assessments.
Initial securing
For authorized vacant properties, work may include lock changes, applicable rekeying, lockbox placement, and securing openings by boarding when appropriate. Scope, access, and authority must be confirmed before work begins.
Winterization
Standard preservation winterization may be coordinated for eligible vacant properties under an approved work order. Requirements and site conditions are reviewed before acceptance; licensed trade work is outside this service description.
Debris removal & cleanouts
Interior trash-outs, exterior cleanup, and removal of ordinary abandoned-property debris after authorization. Regulated, hazardous, biohazard, asbestos, and mold remediation are excluded.
Lawn & grounds maintenance
Recurring lawn cuts, trimming, edging where applicable, shrub trimming, vegetation management, and overgrowth attention help maintain exterior condition and visibility. Property size and site conditions determine the accepted scope.
Exterior property maintenance
Preservation-oriented exterior upkeep may include basic grounds and property condition tasks identified in an assignment.
Interior cleaning
Broom-clean and basic preservation cleaning can prepare an authorized vacant property for inspection, marketing, or turnover. Specialty remediation is excluded.
Authorized post-possession cleanouts
Debris removal and cleanout support may be scheduled after lawful possession has been established and the client has authorized entry. Oakmere does not conduct legal evictions, remove occupants, determine possession rights, or provide legal advice.
Photo documentation & reporting
Assignment-specific condition images, before-and-after photographs when relevant, completion notes, and organized reporting accompany field work as required by the work order.
Time-sensitive requests
Priority assignments may be considered based on location, scope, and current capacity. Timing is confirmed per request; no response or completion time is guaranteed.
