Oakmere Property Preservation is a business line of Oakmere LLC focused on property preservation and mortgage field services. We support institutional teams that need field observations, asset upkeep, clear documentation, and coordination across our service areas.
How we approach assignments
We review the property location, authorization, scope, and timing before accepting work. Field activities follow the approved instructions, with photographs and completion reporting appropriate to the assignment. If conditions differ from the work order, we communicate the issue for direction.
Built for institutional workflows
Our services are directed to banks, mortgage servicers, REO teams, national preservation organizations, and mortgage field-service companies. We coordinate independent field vendors where appropriate while keeping the client’s work order and documentation requirements central.
